He worked in the Senior Leadership of one of Africa’s leading financial Institutions, United Bank for Africa (UBA). UBA was ranked as one of the top banks in Africa according to the July 2022 edition of The Banker Magazine of the Financial Times Group, United Kingdom. While at UBA, he had direct responsibility for the global sourcing of talent to drive operations across the bank’s 16 countries of operations. He also drove the bank’s Organizational Design Transformation project at that time and this led to huge organizational efficiency & savings.

Jimi Tewe seats on the board of a few commercial and development-focused boards and mentors several business owners and executives whose enterprises have a capitalization in excess of $1 Billion. Leveraging his extensive consulting and coaching experience, he has been able to provide strategic advisory services and pragmatic solutions which have helped them unleash the dedication and capacity of their staff which then led to exponential business results.
