She is the founder and Executive Director of Grey Insight Management Consulting.

She is trained in Clinical Psychology, holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Change Management as her dissertation focus and is certified as NLP and mBIT Coach. Chantel is passionate about partnering with clients to co-create transformational change interventions. Her experience lies in Organisational and Leadership development on a group, team and individual level in both the corporate and commercial world.
Her academic training and international experience create a dynamic facilitation style aimed at facilitating change through learning.

Chantel’s belief that ‘Excellence is doing a common thing in an uncommon way’ – Albert Einstein, inspires her to create and facilitate dynamic development initiatives that push individuals beyond their perceived boundaries and limitations.

From a People Development point of view, her core skills and experience include development needs identification, gap analysis, strategy implementation, intervention development and deployment, facilitation and review, coaching and mentoring.

On the consulting side, she focuses mainly on organisational engagement analysis, strategy formulation, people development process streamlining, learning path and supporting curriculum design, change management, and innovative solutions design.

Outside of work, Chantel enjoys being outdoors on any 2 wheeled modes of transport and spending time with her family.
